Pasta Uliana runs a series of open pasta-making classes that you can attend at the Laboratory where you can learn about pasta making with Federico, have a go and take home your hand-made creation. Whether you take part alone or in a group, we always promise a warm welcome and plenty of laughter while you are with us. And remember, wine and snacks are on us!
