On arrival you will be greeted by your mixologist and will meet the other participants over a complimentary cocktail in the lounge. The class will be split into small groups of 5-6, each with their own fully stocked bar area in which to work allowing you plenty of hands-on participation. You\'ll get the chance to make 4 amazing cocktails, with tuition from an expert. You and your team will get to put your new-found skills to the test as you compete against the other teams to design the best cocktail of the day using a mixture of liquors, spirits, syrups, fresh fruits and juices. Each team will present their cocktail, explaining the inspiration behind the creation and it\'s ingredients, before the winner is decided.
