A one-person experience, this drift taster experience will teach the aspiring drifter all the necessary elements of this extreme driving skill necessary to take on sweeping bends with style and control. This experience will take place on a purpose-built track at Bovingdon airfield, where you’ll be given a quick safety briefing. Once you’ve climbed into the drift-prepared MX-5 with your instructor, you’ll be shown how to break traction, balance the car, learn about weight transfer, transitional drifts and more. Once you feel confident, it’s time for the real drift circuit for 10 laps, where you can reach speeds of over 60mph ‘steering from the rear’ through the sweeping bend.
