You’ll begin the experience with a tour of the kitchen and an informative briefing before you work alongside Head Chef Tom Clarke and his team as you prepare the scrumptious Michelin starred lunch service. Upon completion, you’ll join Tom and the staff for a delicious light lunch so you can rest your feet from all that hard work! If you wish, you may continue to assist with the dinner preparation which will finish at approximately 10.30pm. What’s more, you’ll be invited back to this first-class venue to enjoy a tasting menu and wine package that will include ten courses and eight wines. Still not quite tempted?
