They will know how to weed and prune out the negative frequencies and thoughts, that lower their vibration and raise their energy through sustained positive thought to a higher thought vibration, of positivity and joy, which just like magic, enables them to weave an abundant life for them to bloom and thrive.There are 7 sections: Planting Positivity, Watering Positivity, Growing Positivity, Sustaining Positivity, Weeding Positivity, Pruning Positivity and Blooming positivity.Each section has a few videos that discuss the physcology behind positivity, and covers a specific part of the course. In each video there is an inspirational quote, a mindfulness/meditation suggested exercise and a question for you to ponder. There is a review and short quiz designed to get you thinking and embedding the learning, and each section has a specific homework task, to help you create habits that support positive thinking that will become new beliefs.
