This course shows you how to transition to a vegan diet. It is beginner level, and the focus is primarily on a whole foods vegan diet. I discuss various aspects from nutritional requirements and deficiencies, to handling visiting friends/family and going out to restaurants.Starting a vegan diet is difficult. Questions arise such, as where do I start; what do I eat; what do I buy and from where. Also questions, such as how I can achieve a healthy diet and life style. How will I cope with questions from other people, such as friends, family etc. This course helps you to get over those barriers with support and education.I have included many resources, useful information and simple recipes to get you started. This way not only do you have video explanations, but also material to read at your leisure with each module.
