This course is a mixture of small tasks, assessments, and lectures with slides. The course will take you through different ways to organise, including recommending various useful tools. The other goal of this course is to help you work towards achievable goals we do this by helping you to break down bigger goals and organise your life around these goals whilst also dealing with the everyday life tasks you need to get through. There are many ways to organise your life and we run through a few different options which you can try and choose from. The assessments are there to help you to try all the different options rather than just to stick with things you may already be familiar with and this allows you to experience different ways of organising and really understand through testing which options works best for you, it might be a mixture of a few.
