The aim of the course is to teach you about why allyship is important and how you can be a better ally in your personal & professional lives.What is an Ally?An ally is any person that actively promotes and aspires to advance the culture of inclusion through intentional, positive and conscious efforts that benefit people as a whole.This course will teach you about:Privilege, microaggressions, unconscious bias, inclusive language, the importance of Allyship in your personal & professional lives and how you can be a better Ally.The course has been developed with coaching style questions  and exercises that are designed for you to access your thought process & reframe your mindset.The questions can be either used as self-reflection questions or used to facilitate group discussions.
