This fabulous tonic water is brimming with fragrant flavour and the added trademark bitterness of quinine. This tonic is light and low-calorie, for an aperitif that’s almost completely guilt-freeENGLISH GARDEN GIN AND TONICTHE GINWHITLEY NEILL RHUBARB & GINGER GIN Inspired by the glory of English country gardens, the essence of rhubarb adds a tart crisp edge to the smooth English Gin base, whilst the ginger extract warms the palate for a full bodied finish. ABV 43.0%THE TONIC WATERSPARKLING TONIC WATER from London Essence There’s loads of exciting flavour in this gin so we have paired this with a crisp sparkling tonic from London Essence. This goes one step further than the traditional citrus profile, not only incorporating lemon peel extract, but also notes of aromatic calamansi, cold pressed lime oil and a subtle hint of chinottoVODKA AND CRAFT SODATHE VODKAJ.J ARTISANAL VODKA J.J Russian Vodka is rich in family heritage that stretches back over 8 generations, as far back as 1762. A decadent blend of delicate white peach and fragrant jasmine, with this deliciously moreish crafted soda complete with fine, champagne-style bubblesTHE TROPICAL HIGHBALLTHE RUMDEAD MAN’S FINGER PASSION FRUIT RUM A really unusual but totally delicious flavoured rum. Inspired by our original Spiced Rum from the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall. It’s crafted with the sweet fruity notes and loads of passion. This rum has sweet tropical passion fruit aromas with hints of mango. It makes a great variation of a Pornstar Martini or in simple refreshing serves such as Lemonade with half a passion fruit. ABV 37.5%THE MIXERVICTORIAN LEMONADE from Fentimans These powerful flavours need some punchy citrus to balance out. We’ve chosen Fentimans Victorian lemonade, a delicious botanically brewed lemonade with the juice of one and a half lemons in each bottle.CORNISH SPICED RUM AND COLATHE RUMDEAD MAN’S FINGER SPICED RUM§ Created at the Rum & Crab Shack in St. Ives, Cornwall, Dead Man’s Fingers has gained cult status amongst its loyal followers. A blend of Caribbean rum and spices, it’s inspired by Cornish flavours such as saffron cake, spiced fruit and the Rum & Crab Shack’s own Pedro Ximenez ice cream. Can be drunk on its own or mixed. ABV 37.5%THE MIXERCURIOSITY COLA from Fentimans The punchy spiced notes in the rum work brilliantly with the sweet depth of a cola. We’ve chosen Fentimans Curiosity Cola, is inspired by traditional colas from yesteryear and made using infusions of the finest herbal ingredients including sweet cinnamon.WHISKEY AND GINGERTHE WHISKEYSAMUEL GELSTON’S BLENDED IRISH WHISKEY No highball set would be complete without the classic whiskey and ginger. Made from a blend of locally sourced Irish malted barley and grain that is triple distilled for smoothness then matured in the finest quality ex-bourbon oak casks. This combination of triple distillation plus the finest ingredients and cask aging creates an elegantly smooth yet expressive whiskey with rich flavours. ABV 43.0%THE MIXERGINGER ALE from London Essence To really bring out those subtle ginger tones in the whiskey we’ve chosen to pair this with London Essence delicate ginger ale.
