A 100% Premium agave, Sierra Tequila Milenario Extra Anejo is double distilled and benefits from the Triple Selection Process at the Distileria Sierra Unidas in Mexico. Sierra Tequila Milenario Extra Anejo is then aged in holm oak barrels in the old Hacienda of the distillery for at least four years to become absolutely perfect. This extended ageing period (The Consejo Regulador del Tequila rule that a minimum ageing period of three years is required for a Tequila Extra Anejo to mature) plus the particular continental climate and the altitude of Guadalajara accelerate the maturing process of the stored Sierra Tequila Milenario. This ensures the very high quality of the finished product. Sierra Tequila Milenario Extra Anejo has a deep golden amber colour. On the nose it is rounded and profound with hints of honey, agave juice, vanilla and subtle notes of caramel. In the mouth it is decadently smooth with a soft medium to full body and hints of caramel, grilled ripe tropical fruits and brown spices . It\'s finish is elegant smooth and invites appreciation.
