Zymurgorium - Mandarin Dynasty Gin 50cl Bottle
The Manchester Distillery has created a gin that emulates China\'s rich history of trading exotic spices and flavours.
Mandarins are macerated with Manchester Vodka and then pressed. The leftover pulp is then added to the still along with juniper and a whole host of other botanicals such as cinnamon, Sichuan pepper, cloves, star anise and fennel seeds. This exotic spirit is then refined with the juice, et voila, Mandarin dynasty gin.
