It\'s Adnams from grain to glass. The Copper House gin is distilled from three locally-grown grains: barley, wheat and oats. Only the very purest portion of the spirit is drawn off - the finest cut, locally-grown barley plus wheat and oats made into a pure, clean spirit. Juniper Berries, Orris Root, Coriander Seed, Cardamom Pod, Sweet Orange Peel, Lemon Peel, Cassia Bark, Vanilla Pod, Angelica Root, Caraway Seed, Fennel Seed, Thyme and Liquorice Root.
