The final addition to the rum range was created in 2016. Stripped back to its routes, the 37.5% White Knight sits alone as one of the clear rums blended in the Legendary Alnwick Rum. Its a full-bodied rum with a unique flavour set consisting of pineapple, coconut, apple and cashew nut with a butter toffee after note creates a very smooth white sipping rum with pleasant coconut cream and vanilla aroma. Enjoyed easily neat or on the rocks, but with its strong flavour set, works wonders in a cocktail.
