Formally known as Frontier, this is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards ranging from the Mediterranean in Stellenbosch to more arid coastal regions. Profiles of tobacco leaves, wild bramble and lead pencil shavings integrate with clean, fresh wood to create a classic Cabernet Sauvignon nose. Dark fruit essences of blackcurrant and plums leave a powerful, yet elegant finish on the palate which is supported by the structure of big, bold, fruit-intense tannins.
