This Scottish raspberry, blackcurrant and ginger liqueur is based on another original recipe that dates back over 160 years. Crabbie\'s infuse their original 1837 recipe with Scottish raspberries and blackcurrants to provide a sweet fruit-filled flavour. The addition of ginger to the recipe harks back to the exotic fruits and spices that inspired John Crabbies. Aroma: Big hit of sweet soft fruits and raspberry jam followed by some sweet juniper notes. Tasting Notes: Blackcurrant is prominent, accompanied by Scottish raspberries and finished with a slight ginger heat. There is a long sweet finish with fresh raspberry jam, slight spice and a dry note from the gin base.
