The cherries, griotte variety, are picked and received fresh, sorted, selected and steeped in alcohol the same day to preserve their firmness. They leave about 1cm of their stalk to facilitate their prehension.They are steeped in alcohol during a minimum of 3 months. Cherries with half stalk. Tonic vivacity of the griotte steeped in brandy.
