Acqua di Cedro is sweet grappa-based liqueur made with \'Cedro\' lemons - and something of a revelation. This drink is similar to limoncello, but crystalline in appearance rather than cloudy and altogether more sophisticated, thanks in part to its uniquely dry after taste. This is due to the Cedro, which while being much larger (and uglier) than normal lemons, has an especially tart juice. The liqueur is excellent freezer-chilled and served ice-cold with a twist.
