Bright golden in colour, the nose is fresh with notes of apricots and almonds.
The palate has hints of honey and fresh almonds.
Thirty percent of the wine is aged in French oak barrels from Latours cooperage giving roundness and a slightly spicy edge.
The remaining seventy percent is vinified entirely in stainless steel.
