Bremerton have been experimenting with making wine without preservatives for a number of years, resulting in this Shiraz. Rich and ripe with a concentrated plum fruit core and a silky texture. Ready to drink now. The fruit was picked from Bremertons Langhorne Creek vineyard. After fermenting in open-top fermenters, the wine was pressed to oak and aged on lees for four months. The natural concentration of anthocyanin (colour) helps preserve this fresh and vibrant wine. Selected barrels were carefully gravity-racked to blend then sent to bottle young to capture the vibrancy.
