In true symphony style, V.J.O.P. uses Sipsmiths Triple Juniper technique (combining macerated, unmacerated and carter head methods) delivering all possible notes and nuances of this botanical within one gin for the first time ever. The result is a stunning Juniper-forward gin: assertive yet refined, incredibly smooth, with a remarkably well-rounded flavour.
