Following a deconstruction tasting of the 6 Elements of Ki No Bi, for many Japanese bartenders, the tea element was the most popular and, as a result, we were inspired to create Ki No Tea. Horii Shichimeien, growing and blending teas for 140 years, created a blend of gyokuro and tencha teas exclusively for The Kyoto Distillery to provide a sweet and creamy flavour. Bottled at 45.1%, Ki No Tea\'s packaging contains a design from a new hangi, created especially for our gin by Kira Karac.
