It is then blended with the finest Manchester Marmalade made by Duerr\'s who have been producing exquisite preserves since 1881. This Manchester Marmalade has a sublime mix of tangerines and Seville oranges which create a classic, bittersweet mix with delicate aromas. The mix is then distilled and the vapour is passed through sweet Seville peel which gives the liquid a subtle golden orange hue.
