Full bodied on the palate, embracing the whole mouthfeel with elegant and silky tannins, balanced by a pleasant acidity. Great persistence. A great match with braised pork cheek, saddle of lamb cooked at low temperature. Also excellent with 85% Modica chocolate or as a meditation wine.
