Da Mhile - Oak Aged Gin 70cl Bottle
Aged in ex Bourbon barrels, when the grain whisky is bottled, the distillery mature this gin in them for 6 months. During that time it takes on some of the flavour and colour to create a truly unique gin.
The subtle juniper, fresh herb and spice flavours in the gin paired with the sweet grain whisky tones from the barrel make for an exciting fusion.
