Appearance: Osborne Bailn is attractive shade of bright amber with green highlights. Nose: Intense aromas of vanilla and hazelnuts added through the ageing process. Palate: very elegant and complex, it shows notes of sweet vanilla, roasted coffee and cedarwood. Dry and long-lasting. Pairing: It pairs well with mature cheeses such as Manchego, Idiazbal and Parmesan. It is also ideal alongside meat stews, game and even grilled tuna. Fantastic on its own as an aperitif.
