With a natural approach to drinks-making, this white sangria or sangria Clarea is a blend of Macabeo and Chardonnay wines mixed with fresh orange & lemon juice and a touch of vanilla. To preserve the wines natural characteristics, the sangria is left unpasteurised, giving it a naturally light frizzante effect.
