After months of trial and experimentation, Morrison & MacKay have decided to increase the single malt whisky contribution to Bruardar SIngle Malt Scotch Whisky Liqueur, resulting in a slightly higher strength. This new recipe has slightly more of the vanilla and fruity notes from the whisky, which creates a beautiful balance and harmony with the flavours and depth of natural Scottish honey.
