Distinctive, full bodied aroma with plenty of character, malty, fruity with lovely sweet sherry flavours throughout. Complex, well flavoured, sherry sweet, assertive, with a real melt in the mouth maltiness with sherry succulence coming through at the end. Rich and smooth, lingering on the tongue. Double barrelled single malt whiskey - aged for 10 years in bourbon casks and finished in 30 year old Oloroso Sherry Casks. A limited release of 31 casks of whiskey, this is non chill filtered and bottled at 46% abv.
