One of the few remaining Clos of Champagne, a unique prestige cuvee. 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir this unique Champagne is always a blend of wines from three vintages. There is a strictly limited production of approximately 20,000 bottles per year. Residual sugar: 9.05 g/litre. Made with three vintages, 1996/1998/1999. Old gold colour with an intense honeyed and slightly floral aroma overlaying a rich toasty background. Rich, full palate with honey and citrus fruits.
