Bottled in the spring following harvest to preserve the inherent freshness of its style. 2013 saw some extremely variable weather conditions (a cold winter followed by a wet spring and summer, giving way to a very hot August) but its wines are well balanced with ripe acidity and strong character. The nose opens with white flowers and apple blossom notes, with a light touch of white peaches. The wine is both fresh and rounded in the mouth, reminiscent of ripe apricot or peach, with a clean, long lasting finish.
