Red Picota cherry colour, with fine depth. On the nose its high intensity and ripe red fruit and cranberry notes stand out, integrated into a background of spicy and toasted aromas. Entry into the mouth is potent, with a perfect balance between its fine tannic structure and an elegant acidity. Silky, with just a touch of sweetness and rather hedonistic, it has a long drawn out finish that furnishes the wine with constant recall. Ideal to accompany poultry dishes such as, for example, magret of duck in red fruit sauce. It also harmonises well with fish, such as cod, with ratatouille or semi-cured cheeses.
