On the palate: the wine is fresh and ample with a good balance and freshness. It reminds us of a pear Tarte Tatin with Creme Anglaise. Made from the versatile Xarello grape variety by combining wines with varying degrees of richness and aromatics that result from vineyards at different altitudes to produce an elegant wine with richness and fresh perfumes.
