From the insert: \'Conceived way back in 1994 with almost the same line-up as today (the only difference being several changes in bass players!) the band first released the \"Kicking Pigeons EP\" in 1998 and went on to sell nearly 5000 copies at pub shows. This gave them the incentive to jack in the day job and give the band a full time go.... \'Since those early days [spunge] have been through a lot of ups and downs with labels, managers, other bands and life in general. They have played shows at Reading, Leeds, Donnington and many more with the likes of Greenday, NOFX, Stiff Little Fingers, Bowling For Soup, Foo Fighters and loads of others. \'In the last couple of years they have also started their own label, and started looking after a lot of their own interests again, taking charge of a lot of things that they had lost control of without knowing it. \'This DVD is an insight into the workings of ska-punk band [spunge] and the people that help make it tick, the fans, the friends and the bands... thanks to all of you....
