This little book is in very good condition, no dust jacket. There is some foxing to the first couple and last few of the pages, otherwise, the pages are clean and the binding is tight. Brown clothed hardboard cover shows litter wear and tear, with some minor creasing to the spine and slight fraying to the top and bottom of the spine. There is slight bumping to the corners. There is an inscription to the inside front cover.F L Mather was the Health Lecturer to the Northumberland County Council. The book is composed of articles which appeared in serial form in the columns of the The Newcastle Weekly Chronicle.
