A collection of animal stories by various authors, narrated by the animals themselves, with black and white and colour illustrations by Edwin Noble and others. Part of Raphael Tuck & Sons\' \'Storyland Treasury\' series. Undated, but with an inscription dated 1934. Scarce and hard to find. Condition: Boards very shelfworn and rubbed to card on corners and edges despite some efforts to fix with tape; generally rubbed, scratched and marked. Binding cracked and split, one loose illustrative plate. Minor to severe foxing throughout but all pages readable and binding hanging in there.
