Published in 1977, this limited first edition is in good condition throughout.  The pages are clean and intact.  The only issue is with the hardcover where there is a little colour fading to the top and bottom edges.  The hardcover is of blue cloth with gilt title.   The jacket is in fair condition: the spine has sunned and there is little wear to the top edge.  On the first page is an inscription to Virginia Winmill Livingstone Armstrong\'s husband.   This is a biography of Robert Campbell Winmill and Viola Townsend Winmill of Warrenton, Virginia, covering the period from 1884 to 1975 by Virginia Winmill Livingstone Armstrong their daughter, from original manuscripts and data, and aided by the recollections of their close friends.  Inside the front cover are maps of Virginia and of Long Island.  Inside the back cover is a map of Warrenton Hunt Country.  Appendices are included on current happenings of significance to their lives, and on the country environment of horses, hunting, and coaching and driving.  Included are 140 photographs, 8 in colour.
