Contents clean and unmarked.  Covers the First World War, the Sidney Street siege, Captain Scott\'s Antarctic expedition, The General Strike, the Great Depression and much more.  2) A Weekly Illustrated Magazine dated 16/11/1935 featuring the wedding of the King\'s younger brother, the Duke of Gloucester to Lady Alice Scott.  Many other interesting articles, including: Seven secret\'s of a woman\'s hat, British Museum pieces, How Scotland Yard fights crime, Agriculture in Russia, with reader photographs, stories, events and adverts.   A picture magazine with photo reportage. 31 pages. Both items in good condition.
