Published in 1971 this book is in good condition for its age; the only issues with it is that there is a minor ink stain to the bottom edge pages and the top right hand corner of the cover has been folded over leaving a crease.  This book is part of the Blues Paperback series.  This biography of a central figure, guitarist and singer Tommy Johnson, describes his life, musical career, compositions and influence, drawing upon the recollections of contemporaries and the classic recordings of his circle.
