Published in 1838 this little book is in very good condition for its age.  It is tightly bound and intact.  There is some general wear to the binding in that there are a few scratches and scuff marks to it.  The title is featured on the spine in gilt.  The end papers and page edges are decorated.  The full title of this book is The Plain Man\'s Guide to Heaven.  It covers How to become a true Christian, how to live as a true Christian and how to die as a true Christian taken from Baxter\'s Family Book A.D 1672
