Small format book. Blue paper covered boards with mauve cloth binding on spine with paper strip with title. Contains mostly old recipes for housewives, for health and healing.  Blue boards are a bit worn and grubby and a few stains. Bumped on corners but otherwise intact. Internally mostly clean but there is some foxing on the endpapers and first few pages at the front (not beyond page 5). The other pages are clean other than a very small amount of foxing on the edges of the text block.
