Previously published in the USA under the name \"Out of the Unknown\". This highly collectible book is in good condition overall. Hardbound in purple cloth with silver stamping on the spine; binding slightly skewed, and head and tail of spine lightly bumped. Dust jacket is rather worn, leaving the silver surface mottled and the lettering faded; slightly ragged along the top edge, two scratches down the front; original price in shillings has been clipped off and replaced with a decimalized price of £2.50 written in pencil. Top edge very slightly dirty; fore and bottom edges clean. Internally, the book is as new, excepting two tiny marks on the front flyleaf.
