The author was a Lieutenant in the KRRC during the First World War. He left England for the Near Eastern front, and after nearly a year\'s active service with the Army of Salonica, he was ordered to France in July 1918. He fell in action on October 8th, 1918.Includes poems, a short biography, some letters and also extracts from his diary.Good condition for age. No highlighting or other notes. Cover is intact, with one or two faint blemishes. Labelled title on spine is somewhat scuffed.
