A very scarce hymnal from 1808, reprinted from the original of 1780. In original leather binding, though this has suffered several scuffs and bumps, and the spine is badly chipped. Front flyleaf is absent. Some light to moderate foxing throughout. Some pages have small tears. Page 94 has 3 words underlined in blue felt-tip. Binding is weakening, particularly toward the lower half of the book, but holding thus far. This lovely, rare volume would benefit from restoration, but is nonetheless in acceptable condition as is.
