This book is hardbound with handmade environmentally friendly, paper covered boards, the same paper is used for the printed pages. The book has decorative head and tail-bands and the binding is saddle stitched. It contains a number of black and white photographs which have small hole punch marks, which may be linked to the print process for this book (see example image with this listing). The copy also contains some colour photographs and these pages are fully intact. There is some light staining to the spine, the front cover and also the cut-face page edges. This book would make a lovely gift for those interested in Ghandi\'s life and writing.
