Under this embracing title, Laurence Housman has gathered together his series of Victorian Plays, now numbering thirty, which, starting with \'The Queen: God Bless Her\' in Angels and Ministers, has run on through three subsequent volumes: Palace Plays, The Queen\'s Progress and Victoria and Albert. One new play has been added, and Mr. E. H. Shepard of Punch has drawn the illustrations. The plays are courtly in their setting;but they are also domestic, and in one or two even homely.
