Memoirs of the Life of Sir Walter Scott, volumes 2-7. Published by Robert Cadell circa 1830s. Hardback books in good condition. Missing volume 1 but set is otherwise complete. Embossed decorations to cover and spine are still visible, although there has been fading in patches. Title card on spine is still intact but words have been rubbed in some places. Some colour fading to covers in various places, especially spines, but original dark purple still prevalent on decorated boards. Pages are foxed and a family crest has been fixed to all inside covers. Some writings on flyleaf.
