A very handsomely rebound first edition of The Grey Fairy Book by Andrew Lang, with illustrations by HJ Ford, published by Longmans in 1900. Full blue leatherette or buckram binding with gilt titles and pink ribbon.In good to very good condition, pages are slightly foxed throughout. Unfortunately during the rebinding, a half title page was bound in upside down. This has the remains of a bookplate upon it.Otherwise a good looking, highly collectable, usable copy.
