John Bunyan was an English writer and Puritan preacher best remembered as the author of the Christian allegory The Pilgrim\'s Progress. In addition to The Pilgrim\'s Progress, Bunyan wrote nearly sixty titles and his Tour of England with Camera in the footsteps of the immortal dreamer is captured in The Homeland Illustrated No 8 with many black and white photographic images. As the Foreword puts it “England is a garden, and the wild flower of Bunyan’s genius is blossoming into strange beauty in 1928…..” This is the 1928 first edition. Our booklet is photographed for you to see externally and an example inside page. There is a small nick at the top in the centre of the cover, slight foxing but for its age it is overall good condition.
