Living with Multiple Sclerosis
Elizabeth Forsythe is both a journalist and a medical practitioner and it was the wise response to an article of hers in the Observer which prompted the writing of this book. Although a doctor, she knew very little about multiple sclerosis, and while this book is essentially her own reactions to the diagnosis and subsequent progress of her illness, it is full of sound common sense and practical advice. She admits that at time she was despondent, but quickly add \" despair is the worst disability of all\": it is this positive viewpoint that runs through the book and which should help so many people who may find themselves in a similar situation. {...}The cover and spine of the book are slightly scratched.
