Based on the phenomenal work of Michael Crichton who also wrote the screenplay along side David Koepp we will forever be in their debt for this cinematic masterpiece. The original release grossed over $914 million worldwide which made Jurassic Park the highest grossing film ever at the time. It was only knocked off it\'s winning perch in 1997 by Titanic.
